In the middle of the visit, the [REDACTED] woke up and was able to roll from prone to supine position. This is a Safe Sleep Violation. The educator and her assistants need to sign the Provider Safe Sleep Pledge and complete the Safe Sleep Compliance Training. The educator also needs to notify the parent of the [REDACTED] involved in the safe sleep violation using EEC's Safe Sleep Parent Letter First Visit of Noncompliance Findings.
