During the visit, educator said that the Certified assistant works in the program Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 11:45 AM, and stated that he has worked at the program since the license was issued in September 2025. However, educator did not have attendance records available showing assistant sign in and out times from the program.

EEC regulations/policy states that the use of soft objects or loose bedding in and around the crib is prohibited and that blankets, comforters, pillows, stuffed animals, wedges, positioners, bumper pads or other soft padded materials or toys must not be placed in the crib with the baby. During the visit, the educator had an {REDACTED} old sleeping inside playpen in the playroom area upon Licensor's arrival. The {REDACTED} was observed sleeping face down and covered from the waist down with a blanket (plush blanket with black and white checks); and a burp cloth that was observed underneath the infant.
