After reviewing the evacuation log up to, the following was observed: 1) EEC regulations required to alternative emergency exits monthly during practice evacuation drills. At this time educator has 2 separate exits from the 1st floor level and 2 separate exits from the Lower level, however the evacuation log showed that only the back exit (“basement”) leading to the yard from the lower level was used for practice drills completed from January to December 2025, and only the front exit was used from July to November 2025 for practice drills completed from the 1st floor level.

The following was observed: 1) EEC regulations states that the changing surface needs to be protected with a covering that is of adequate size to prevent the child from coming in contact with the changing surface. However no covering of adequate size was observed underneath the children and the diapering surface as required. 2) EEC regulations states that after changing, the child's hands must be washed with liquid soap and water, and dried with individual or disposable towels. However, it was observed that the educator did not washed children's hands after changing their diapers as required.
