During the visit, the following hazards were observed in the backyard: 1) a pile of debris (leaves, branches, metal pieces). 2) an opening between applicant and neighbor's black chain link fence. 3) a whole in a section of applicant's white vynil fence posing an entrapment hazard. 3) a gap that was behind the pile of leaves /branches posing an entrapment hazard for children.
