Last drill documented: 4/22/26 from the Lower and 1st floor levels. However, the following was observed after reviewing the evacuation log: 1) EEC regulations require to alternate emergency exits during practice drills. At this time educator has 2 separate exits from the Lower level (exit through the garage and exit leading to the 1st floor level) and 2 separate exits a from the 1st floor level (front exit through the living room and back exit through the porch). However, the evacuation log showed that only the “garage and Front door” exits were used for practice drills completed from January to March 2026, and not drills were documented using the back exit from the 1st floor level. Educator was not alternating emergency exits from each floor level as required.
