Licensor observed the following indoor safety hazards: 1. Glass end table with crooked legs in the living room that is not steady. 2. The floor in the playroom is not clean. It is dusty and has cat hair, food residues, and crumbs. 3. Floor lamp in the playroom is the only source of lighting in the room. The room is not well lit during cloudy days and evenings when the sun goes down. 4. Electrical outlet and speaker wires exposed in the floor lamp in the playroom. 5. Licensor observed two heating lamps resting on top of the metal net on top of the cage. The heating lamp on the right side, was on and that side of the metal net was hot to the touch. Licensor observed a toddler touching the metal net on top of the cage.
