The educator provided false and misleading information to the Department. On 8/26/19, the educator submitted evidence that her {REDACTED}, who has a disqualifying background, moved out of the home. During this follow up visit, it was confirmed by evidence of {REDACTED} clothes, shoes and body products in a bedroom on the second floor, that the educator's {REDACTED} still lives in the home. Additionally, the educator also confirmed that her {REDACTED} lives with her. She added that {REDACTED} works during the day and that {REDACTED} is not in the home during childcare hours.
