After reviewing the monthly Calendar for children's attendance for the month of April 2025, the following was observed: 1) Per educator the program has been operating during the month of April, including the recent Holiday on 4/21/25, and all children enrolled have been attending care. However the attendance records shows the last attendance documented for 8 children was 4-4-25. Additionally, no attendance, including children arrival and departure times, were documented from 4-8-25 until the present (4-23-25) for all the children currently enrolled. 2) Per educator on 4-7-25 children attended care, however the attendance record only shows 2 children arrival times , but not departure times were documented. Per educator she was full this day, however, no attendance (arrival and departure times) were documented for the rest of the children that attended care this day. 3) The last child shown in the calendar at the bottom (#9) and currently enrolled did not have attendance documented since 4-1-25 until the present (4-23-25).
