Licensor observed four different structures with slides, including a singe slide placed in grass area outdoors. Two of the slides (single w/attached green slide, and red/yellow structure with attached orange slide) measured over 18 inches. These two slides did not have a fall zone containing an adequate depth-of an impact-absorbing material as required by EEC. Note: {REDACTED} showed the Licensor the outdoor space, and used a measuring tape to measure all the slides.
