Please cover electrical outlet and secure storage rack to the wall. *Food Prep Area: Cabinet under sink had a child lock but was undone during visit and stairs going to 1st floor were not gated. Provider stated that cleaning lady often forgets to put things back. Ensure your program is safe for children by checking these areas each morning before their arrival.
