Licensor walked through outdoor space (fenced in area of the yard) and the following hazard was observed: The fence that surrounds the area had excessive spacing between railings, therefore causing a head entrapment hazard. Please add a barrier to ensure children don't have access to this spacing. The garage did not have a complete door that prevents access, therefore the children would have access to outdoor equipment and other hazards. Please add a barrier to ensure children do not have access to this area. Please upload pictures once completed.
