The child asked again, and the Educator responded with, "What did I say?" Then the Educator walked away with the crackers and proceeded to put them away. At the time of the visit, The Licensing Specialist observed an Educator go up to a child and pull him roughly from one end of the rug to another. The manner that the educator behaved in, was abrupt and was not nurturing. The Educator also pulled a small hoola hoop from another child in a rough manner. Licensing Specialist addressed these observations with the Director and the Educator.
