During the visit, Licensor reviewed the children records checklist completed by the educator. Additionally, 4 random records of the children currently enrolled were reviewed, the following was observed 1. A child {REDACTED} results were not up to date. 2. A child was missing {REDACTED} results on file.
During the visit, Licensor observed the refrigerator temperature was 49 F degrees exceeding the temperature at not less than 32 F degrees, nor more than 40 F degrees required.
