During the visit, the following outdoor hazards were observed: 1) Two exercise machines posing a tripping a tipping hazards. 2) debris behind the shed that was accessible (a metal roof panel, pieces of wood, paint of can, piece of metal pipe, plastic pipes, machine, home defense/bug spray). 3) EEC playground safety policy states that pea gravel and wood chip nuggets must not be used in areas used by infants and toddlers. During the visit, Licensor observed a section of the outdoor space had pea gravel (gazebo area). 4) pile of materials underneath the gazabo (machine/vacuum with electric cables , ladder, tools, chairs...) posing a tipping hazards.
