Upon the Licensor’s arrival, the following observations were made: One educator was working alone with four infants in the infant classroom. One educator was working alone in the toddler classroom with more than eight children. The educators explained that one of the infant/toddler educators was in the building but had stepped out to get her lunch, while the other educator had gone out to grab her lunch. Both educators returned within minutes of the Licensor’s arrival.

The Licensor reviewed the relevant regulations with the educator regarding the need for each child to have their own separate crib/bedding.
