Licensor observed a small security blanket in the pack and play where infant naps and the sound machine was inside the pack and play as well. Licensor reviewed safe sleep regulations and practices with the educator. Educator was informed that parents will need to sign the safe sleep parent letter, educator will need to sign the safe sleep pledge and retake the safe sleep training.
