However, it was observed that the five month old infant was wearing a clip that kept its pacifier attached to his shirt and licensor informed the educator that when putting the infant to sleep the clip has to be removed. Licensor also reminded the educator that when the baby's pacifier falls out, the pacifier needs to be removed from the playpen.
