Tested - over 154 degrees F. Water temperature cannot be higher than 120 degrees F, Provider was cited for this same non-compliance during previous renewal visit in August 2016. Provider replied by then that she had lowered the water temperature to 120. Provider reported now that she is having issues with the water temperature now and that she was aware that The temperature now was high. Provider must lowered the temperature immediately not higher than 120 degrees F and then must report in writing the new reading. EEC will follow up on it.
