Additionally, there was a tray with tableware and dishes placed nearby. In one of the classroom some of the celling tiles are damaged due to a leak on the roof. The Licensee reported that the tiles have been secured as a temporary fix until construction company can come in and repair the issue. The licensee must ensure that the physical facilities are safe, clean, in good repair and free from hazards.
