({REDACTED}) The program is exceeding its licensed capacity. Corrective Plan received on 2025-05-08 00:00:00: The extra child,{REDACTED}yr, was present because the student's parent is a Police Officer and had an emergency at work. The extra child only put us over for a short time, as one child was arriving late and another child was leaving early that day. Provider is aware of the capacity rules, but was trying to help a public official in an emergency. Provider will be sure to stay within capacity numbers in the future. Observations from follow-up visit on 6/17/2025: EEC Staff observed 12 children present, including {REDACTED} toddlers and {REDACTED} infants.
