Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The only room that had any hazards was the bathroom. On the left side of the vanity, 3rd drawer down, there were screws (chokable items) inside, the right cabinet door had a broken child safety tab and there were cleaners and a power drill inside.

The following hazards were observed: **KITCHEN** - drawer to the left of the sink has nails/screws inside, small top drawer to the left of that has sharp knives inside, and the drawer to the left of the stove has a screwdriver inside **PLAYROOM** - no hazards **FAMILYROOM** - middle drawer has batteries and the right drawer has a lighter inside **BATHROOM** - hygiene products on a lower shelf (under 4 ft) inside the shower **OUTSIDE** - small plastic slide that is over 18 inches with no fall zone.
