Licensor inspected all of the rooms that Educator would like to license and observed the following: ** KITCHEN **- drawer on right side of island has sharp knives and other hazards and the child safety latch was not working ** DINING AREA **- no hazards ** LIVINGROOM **- TV is a tipping hazard, the 2 end tables are glass and the corners need to be padded ** LOWER LEVEL CLASSROOM **- no hazards ** BATHROOM **- 2 drawers on left side of vanity have hazards inside and the child safety latches weren’t working, and there were hygiene products in the tub, these need to be at least 4ft high to be inaccessible.

Tested the smoke detector in the hallway and it worked properly. However, Educator plans to have the children nap in the livingroom and there is no smoke detector near that space. A smoke detector needs to be added either inside or just outside that room.
