Violation
For diapering, Educator has individual mats for each child and uses paper on top for the disposable layer. Educator indicated that diapering is done primarily with the children standing. If a child needs to be lain down, this is done on a table that is also used for eating and other purposes. Licensor discussed that diapering needs to be on a surface that is only used for that purpose, due to sanitary concerns.
