During a review of indoor licensed space, the following was observed: 1) the circle rug in preschool was pulling up, creating a tripping hazard 2) there were two stained ceiling tiles outside of the infant 2 classroom, creating a potential hazard. 3) In Pre-K the educator's purse was observed to be stored on the floor, creating a potential hazard to children.
