Violation
The Licensee of the program did not have a staff record on site for herself. Due to the fact that she does at times cover breaks and goes into the classrooms, this is a requirement. The program does not keep the staffs' BRC suitability letters in their files. In 1 file that was reviewed, there was no training certificate for the EEC Essentials 2.0, no orientation documentation, and the staff only had [REDACTED] listed.

Violation
In the playground, there is 1 side of the fencing that is wooden. This is the side that is closest to the street. There were at least 2 wooden slats in this fencing that are bent/broken and have created wider gaps, which are entrapment hazards. Also, the gate that is closest to the Beginner's program has a large gap between the gate and the fence. This is also an entrapment hazard and needs to be addressed.
