1) Overall, there was an observed concern around the lack of proper supervision in the Toddler room (105) 2) There were 5 children signed into the attendance, but 9 children present in the toddler room. Not only was the written attendance not current, this is written evidence that the toddler educators did not conduct a proper "name " attendance when the left the indoor soccer field and returned to room 105 as required. 3) There was only one overhead light on the Toddler 105 classroom when the Licensor entered the room, this does not allow for proper supervision of the entire classroom as required.
