1) Educator B was observed to sit on a milk crate on the field space, while assigned to supervise children and scroll through their cell phone. Regulation does not allow Educators to engage in any device that distracts them from supervising children as required. The classroom Lead teacher observed Educator B using their cell phone and did not attempt to tell them to stop. 2) Additionally, two different educators were sitting on milk crates, not engaging with children when the Licensor first walked out to the field space. Both Educators had their back to the licensor and did not attempt to get up and engage with children until they noticed the Licensor observing.
