The educator installed a garden fence in a section of the yard. The licensor inspected the fence and found that the garden fence was not installed appropriately, most posts were loose and the wire was not connected to the posts. There was also a gate made of the wire fence that is not appropriate as it was not secure and it would not close appropriately. Please install a sturdy gate that opens and closes freely. The broken tree branches are still hanging from the tree. Please remove them. Metal rods were barricaded by a garden fence, but the fence was loose, not secured by posts. Please contact the licensor when repair is done for another in person inspection.
