Fenced in backyard. No large play structure. Mulch area with see saws and ride on toys. Back deck is used with the children. Attached gate at the top of the stairs. In one corner of the yard there are various hazards accessible such as wheelbarrows, piles of wooden pallets, metal objects, containers with gasoline, etc. Discussed removing these hazards or fencing off this area from the rest of the yard so that the children cannot access these items when in the backyard play space. The educator must email the licensor photos of the corrective action taken.

Small cabinet not secured to the wall in the kitchen and poses a tipping hazard. 3 cubicle shelf with cubbies in the living room is not attached to the wall and also could be a tipping hazard. The educator stated that when the infants start she plans on gating off the living room doorways due to a drop down floor.
