Observed a [REDACTED] infant asleep in a Rock ‘n Play. This equipment was recalled by the CSPC due to infant deaths and is not to be used for napping infants. Discussed safe sleep practices with the educator and using pack and plays that she has available. Educator must email licensor the signed Safe Sleep Parent Letter and Safe Sleep Pledge. The licensor will conduct a safe sleep follow up visit to verify there are no further safe sleep violations.
