We discussed the regulations that she was overenrolled and had too many infants in her care. The educator's daughter who is also her assistant arrived within several minutes. The educator explained that the additional infant that was present was her grandchild because the father went to work. The educator's other daughter took the infant out of the program to his home in another apartment in the same building. Review of the children's attendance for private and from the FCC system indicates that there are too many infants enroll in this program for two educators.
