Electrical cords in the playroom are dangling off the fireplace mantel and must be secured. Large cord to the portable sink in the breezeway is not secured to the wall and poses a hazard. Gate is needed at the bottom of the stone steps in the play area. Metal poles in the play space must be removed or covered with padding. Educator discussed using pool noodles for padding. Area where children will enter the play space on the side of the home has a drop off wall that must be fenced. Educator is in the process of installing wooden steps. Educator must send licensor photographs of all outdoor playspace corrective actions when completed.
