Walkout door in the basement to the backyard. Stairs leading to the first floor and a side door through the kitchen to the driveway. The exit to the first floor was not clear. Equipment at the bottom of the stairs would make exiting quickly difficult. Also, there was not a gate at the bottom of the stairs. Anytime children under the age of 3 years are present, the stairs must have a gate to prevent access.
