A student present within the Orange Room, was signed into the Blue Rooms attendance. The program must maintain accurate attendance. At the time of the visit, it was observed that one educator was standing in the doorway between the Blue Room and the Orange Room, responsible for supervision within both classrooms. The Blue Room had fifteen students present and the Orange Room had eighteen students present. The licensee must maintain sufficient numbers of qualified staff to promote the health, safety, growth and development of each child. The program must have the number of educators necessary to provide individual attention to children (as needed) and ensure adequate supervision of the group at all times.

At the time of the visit, in a review of four prescribed medications, the following was identified: Two life saving/ emergency medications were expired. Medications must not be expired. One medication was stored outside its original packaging, without the prescription label affixed. All prescription medications must be in the containers in which they were originally dispensed and with their original labels affixed. Over-the-counter medications must be in the original manufacturer's packaging. One student was prescribed a medication that is considered a controlled substance. The medication was stored within a classroom in an unlocked box. At the time of the visit, The Director moved the medication to a secure, locked location. Medications found in United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Schedules II-V must be kept in a secured and locked place at all times when not being accessed by an authorized individual.
