At the time of the visit, in a review of the first aid kit on site, the first aid kit was missing a gauze roller and thermometer. At the time of the visit, the First Aid Kit on the vehicle used to transport students did not have gauze roller or a thermometer. The licensee must maintain adequate first aid supplies, including, but not limited to: adhesive tape, band aids, gauze pads, gauze roller bandage, disposable non-latex gloves, instant cold pack, scissors, tweezers, thermometer, and CPR mouth guard.

At the time of the visit, in a review of the emergency evacuation log, "effectiveness" was missing from the emergency evacuation drill documentation. Emergency evacuation drills must be held during different times of the program day, and must use alternative exits. The educator must document the date, time, exit route used, number of children evacuated and effectiveness of each drill.
