Information missing was date of admission, permission for medical transportation, general permission were not completed and did not indicate where children are taken, some did not have up to date physicals to indicate lead screening has been completed, some had missing signature and signature dates. Educator was advised to complete children’s records checklist. Se revisaron los expedientes de los niños. Alguna información de observo que no estaba completa. Fecha de admisión, permiso para poder transportar al niño al hospital, permiso general no estaba completo y no indica a donde se llevan los niños, algunos no tienen un físico al día y no indica que se les reviso el nivel de plomo, algunas falta firma de padre y fecha en la cual se firmo. Se le recomendó a la educadora completar la lista de expedientes de niños (children’s records checklist).
