Within the Preschool Three Classroom there was a hole in the wall, by the classroom bathroom. Within Classroom Four (toddler classroom) there was a bookshelf unsecured and tippable. The AC/Heater unit had a cord under it that was loose and accessible to the toddler students. Within the bathroom, there was a toilet brush accessible to students. Equipment used by the program must be must be sturdy, safely constructed and installed and non-tippable. All electrical cords must be arranged so they are not a hazard to children. The educator must arrange furnishings and fixtures safely, with sharp edges protected, and in such a way as to not present hazards to children.

At the end of the program day, students were observed to be lined up within the cafeteria room singing songs and waiting for the bus to arrive. The licensee must ensure that the physical facilities are safe, clean, in good repair and free from hazards and clutter.
