Not all electrical outlets within the reach of children were not made inaccessible by the use of a safety covering that prevents access to the receptacle openings. A vacuum was accessible to the children in the classroom. Chairs in the lunchroom area were not safely secured from potentially falling.

During the visit, the following was noted: 1. Daily attendance for the toddler/preschool classroom wasn't completed. 2. The attendance did not indicate each child's arrival and departure times. 3. An Educator did not have a method of knowing exactly who was present on the playground when the attendance was left in the classroom.
