The Preschool B classroom was observed and the following was found: 1) An extension cord longer then 6 inches located next to the fort and an extension cord in the bathroom hallway were not secured to the wall and posed a potential safety hazard. 2) The bathroom had several stained ceiling tiles. 3) A mop and squeegee broom were easily accessible to children in the bathroom hallway.
