The gate from the toddler playground to preschool playground, has a broken latch. Rusty metal hooks on wooden play sinks. The wooden play sink has chipping wood and paint. Chipping paint on the PS climber near the slide.
Infant Fridge is missing a thermometer.
The wall by the window is cracking and paint is chipping.

Fall zones adequate depth of impact absorbing material
During the review of the staff records, it was learned that not all staff files contained verification of MMR immunity. In addition, there was not evidence of staff observations of staff while they are working with children, by a Lead Teacher or higher qualified person.
On the day of the visit, the current daily attendance did not reflect the number of children in the program at the time of the visit.
During the inspection of the outside play equipment it was learned that there was not an adequate depth of impact absorbing materials in the fall zone of the large climbing structure.
