There were multiple times children were observed to be hitting and pushing one another. Educator failed to respond appropriately and consistently to children's individual needs. Educator seemed to not recognize signs of stress in most of the children's behavior and failed to respond with appropriate guidance and/or activities. Educator has difficulty with supporting children with their development of their social competence; such as consistency with assisting children in learning social skills such as sharing, taking turns, and working together. All of which were observed during this visit where educator failed to model cooperation.
