The water temperature was tested and reading at 126. 5 degrees F. It was exceeding 120 degrees F. The water temperature must be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F to prevent scalding. Please provide picture with correction. Pet food was accessible. Pet food must be kept in an area out of the reach of the children. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were working accordingly.
