The following safety hazards were observed and accessible in the INDOOR space as follow: KITCHEN: Although the educator had portable gates intended to restrict children’s access to the kitchen area, licensor observed that the gates were in place, leaving the area accessible. Several safety hazards were observed as multiple drawers were unlocked containing inside safety hazards including but not limited to sharp and pointed materials such as knives, as well as other safety hazards such as batteries, cell phone charger cords, and plastic bags. PLAYROOM: a kitchen set was not secured to the wall.
