However, the children were observed to have a lot of energy and were observed running inside which was not safe. Licensor asked the educator when she takes children outside and she indicated that at this time she was not taking children outside because her yard is not ready. Licensor reminded the educator that during her last visit it was discussed that her yard was not approved and needed to take children to an alternative play area, which she indicated would be a near by park.
