Upon inspecting the outdoor play space, the Licensor observed a playground structure that included a slide and swings, as well as an additional slide measuring over 18 inches in height. It was noted that both pieces of equipment were missing the required impact-absorbing surfacing underneath and did not have the minimum 6-foot clearance zone around them. The fallzone must have impact-absorbing surfacing and should extend at least 6 feet in all directions from the edge of the equipment to protect children by providing a safe landing area if they fall or jump off the equipment.
