Although the pathway from the back exit door to the outdoor playspace was observed to be clear, the backyard presented several safety hazards as follows: A hose was observed on the ground, creating a tripping hazard. Licensor also observed an area enclosed with chicken wire fence which is less than the required 4 feet high and does not prevent the children to easily access several safety hazards including but not limited to broken plastic chairs, buckets with standing water, and broken toys and equipment. Additionally, overgrown branches were observed that require trimming.
