When the licensor arrived, she observed an 8-month-old infant sleeping in a playpen on her tummy, covered with a fleece blanket and with a pacifier that was attached to her shirt through a clip. Educator stated she places infant to sleep on their back and added that when the infant was enrolled in her childcare program she was already turning. Educator stated she places her to sleep on her back and that she turns to her tummy on her own.
