Licensor randomly reviewed 3 of the children's records. Of these, 1 was complete and up to date, and the other 2 both had out of date lead testing.

Educator has ample napping equipment. However, the children's blankets are stored together. Discussed storing the blankets individually to avoid cross contamination.

Required Postings - Child Specific - R Apr 2025
Educator has an up to date evacuation log. The most recent drill was conducted on 1/2/24. However, for this month and for all of the fire drills conducted last year, the exit used for the drill was not recorded.
There is a child with [REDACTED] in the program. This child’s emergency action plan is posted on a bulletin board in the playroom. However, there is no cover sheet to protect the child’s confidentiality.
First Aid Kit (FCC 2)
All of the required items were observed in the first aid kit. However, Educator needs to update the children's emergency contact forms.
Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
Licensor was able to inspect all of the licensed indoor space during the monitoring visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following hazards were observed: ** KITCHEN - no hazards ** LIVINGROOM - wood stove is broken, but still needs a barricade. Educator placed a gate around it during the visit. ** PLAYROOM - no hazards ** FAMILYROOM - no hazards ** DININGROOM - no hazards ** BATHROOM - trash does not have a cover. ** OUTSIDE - no hazards.
This renewal - enhanced monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Through Facetime, Licensor was able to inspect all of the licensed areas and observed the following hazards: **Kitchen - drawer with tools (screwdriver, etc.) needs to be secure ** Diningroom - no hazards ** Livingroom - Educator doesn’t use this room, no hazards ** Playroom - No hazards ** Familyroom - No hazards ** Bathroom - no hazards ** Outside - completely fenced in, not able to fully assess due to virtual visit and Educator was not able to go outside.
