The following was found to be accessible to children: -In INFANTS (Bumblebees), the cord to the baby swing stretches behind the rocking chair to the outlet and is long and loose. This is a strangulation hazard. -Various furniture throughout all classrooms is not secure and tippable. -The PRESCHOOL BATHROOM contained two opened boxes of gloves and three plastic bags of wipes. These are a suffocation and choking hazard. These items were relocated during the visit. A plunger was also found sitting next to the toilet. -In PRESCHOOL, two drawers to the left of the sink contained loose plastic bags and three long cardboard tubes stood against the far wall near the exit to the playground unsecured. These bags and tubes were relocated during the visit. -In the TODDLER 1 BATHROOM, the cord to the dust buster hung loosely from the electrical socket.
