All hired employees of the program have current BRCs, however, last school year, in March 2025, it was determined that the high school students (interns) are required to have their BRCs run as well per the BRC policy and 606 CMR 14.05 (3)(b) and 14.05(4)(b) candidates who are direct interns within programs must complete a full BRC through the program regardless of whether such individuals work in a supervised or unsupervised capacity The BRC Policy was sent via email to the Program Director on 3/20/2025 and 5/15/2025. As of this visit today, none of the high school students' BRCs have been completed.

The following was found to be accessible to children: -In INFANTS (Bumblebees), the cord to the baby swing stretches behind the rocking chair to the outlet and is long and loose. This is a strangulation hazard. -Various furniture throughout all classrooms is not secure and tippable. -The PRESCHOOL BATHROOM contained two opened boxes of gloves and three plastic bags of wipes. These are a suffocation and choking hazard. These items were relocated during the visit. A plunger was also found sitting next to the toilet. -In PRESCHOOL, two drawers to the left of the sink contained loose plastic bags and three long cardboard tubes stood against the far wall near the exit to the playground unsecured. These bags and tubes were relocated during the visit. -In the TODDLER 1 BATHROOM, the cord to the dust buster hung loosely from the electrical socket.
