The following was observed to be accessible to children: In ROOM 2, the CD player sitting on the floor had a cord longer than six inches hanging loosely from the outlet. Strings and cords longer than six inches that are not part of recreational or educational materials, including, but not limited to cords on window blinds, curtains or shades, must be kept out of children’s reach. Two toilet brushes and one plunger were observed in the children's bathrooms within reach of children. The director relocated these items during the visit to be out of reach of children.

The following was observed to be accessible to children: A space between the small brown shed and a fence post was approximately 4.5-5 inches wide. An entrapment is defined as a space being 3.5-9 inches wide. The level of mulch under the swings was insufficient and tree roots were visible directly below a few swings. The swings cannot be used until the ground covering is compliant with licensing regulations. All playground equipment installed after January 22, 2010... must be located within use zones that are covered with an adequate depth of an impact-absorbing material, in accordance to EEC policy. The mulch measured at approximately five inches deep and it needs to be at least nine inches deep.
